Ron and Shehan find fruit fly larvae and citrus spider mites on a lemon tree. Stunning video using an Amscope SM-4NTPX stereo microscope in our biophysics lab leads us to find a treatment to cure the infested lemon tree using two insecticides containing safe natural ingredients: Monterey Garden Insect Spray (active ingredient Spinosad) and Green Cleaner (active ingredients soybean oil and sodium lauryl sulfate). Finally we show the results of spraying the insecticides on the tree after six months.
